Senior Consultant Dennis Brooks is one of the most respected trial consultants in the industry and is considered to be among the most effective jury selection practitioners in the country.

Brooks is experienced in all phases of trial consulting, in particular the formulation of jury-oriented case strategies. His remarkable record of success as a consultant for in-court jury selection has contributed to the development of the company's systematic jury selection program. He is known for his ability to analyze and respond to courtroom information about potential jurors and to convert these observations into a strategy for exercising peremptory challenges.

After joining the company in 1986 as Director of research, Brooks developed the department into one of the most respected in the business. He has served as President of Tsongas Litigation Consulting and its predecessor, Tsongas Associates. Brooks was the 12th President of the American Society of Trial Consultants and has been a featured presenter in numerous state and national Continuing Legal Education programs.
